How long does it take?
We usually complete our part in 5 weeks. The total time also depends on your materials and approvals.
QUESTION 02
What if I like neither design?
We propose two directions. Three rounds of feedback are included, and any further changes are priced in advance.
QUESTION 03
What do we need from you?
The content you want to show, an idea of how your business will work, and who it is for. Once we know that, things run smoothly. We usually need you to provide the copy as well. If you need your own photos, we come to you to take the photos.
QUESTION 04
What do I pay after launch?
The care plan costs €35 excl. VAT a month for Brand Identity and €100 excl. VAT a month for an e-shop. On top of that come third-party payments for the domain, hosting and licences: about €350 a year for Brand Identity and about €2,500 a year for an e-shop. Nothing else will surprise you.
QUESTION 05
How does payment work?
30% of the agreed price at the start. We invoice the rest at milestones set according to the project scope. You will find the milestone plan and finished deliverables in our shared workspace.
